先日は、8月1日（土）・2日（日）に十勝で開催される大規模イベント（詳細はまだ秘密です）の準備のため、十勝へ視察に行って参りました。

十勝の広大な大地で育まれた豊かな恵み、そして生産者の皆さまの想いに直接触れ、多くの学びとインスピレーションを得ることができました。イベントに向けて、とても良い準備ができそうです。

生産者の想いと土地の記憶を料理へと繋ぐために。

改めて、生産地を訪れる時間の大切さを実感する今日この頃です。

A new era of teppanyaki gastronomy from Sapporo, Hokkaido.

Recently, we traveled to Tokachi in preparation for a major event taking place on August 1st and 2nd. While the details remain a secret for now, the visit provided an invaluable opportunity to deepen our understanding of the region.

Experiencing firsthand the bounty nurtured by Tokachi’s vast landscapes, and meeting the producers whose dedication brings these ingredients to life, gave us both inspiration and insight. It was a meaningful step toward creating something truly special for the upcoming event.

To connect the passion of the producers and the memories of the land to our cuisine.

These visits remind us just how invaluable it is to spend time at the source.
