皆さま、日頃のご愛顧、誠にありがとうございます。

突然の雪かと思えば、本日はとても天気が良く、ある意味北海道らしい春の一日ですね。

気がつけば、ゴールデンウィークもすぐそこまで近づいてまいりました。

さて、当店のゴールデンウィーク期間の営業についてご案内いたします。

通常は定休日の水曜日を含め、期間中は休まず営業いたします。

（4/29（水）、5/6（水）も通常営業いたします）

なお、振替休日として5/11（月）〜5/14（木）はお休みを頂戴いたします。

また、この連休を利用し、当店として初となる道外コラボイベントのため、群馬へ伺います。

北海道の魅力を鉄板焼きとして道外へ発信するとともに、私自身も群馬の魅力に触れ、現地の素晴らしい鉄板焼き店から多くを学び、さらに成長した姿で皆さまの前に立てればと考えております。

群馬・高崎での開催となるため、皆さまにお越しいただくのはなかなか難しいかと存じますが、詳細が決まり次第、改めてご案内させていただきます。

Thank you, as always, for your continued support.

One moment we have unexpected snowfall, and the next, beautifully clear skies—truly a spring day that feels uniquely Hokkaido. Before we know it, Golden Week is just around the corner.

We would like to inform you of our business schedule during the Golden Week holidays.

We will remain open throughout the entire period, including our usual closing day, Wednesday.

(Open as usual on April 29 and May 6.)

Please note that we will be closed from May 11 (Mon) to May 14 (Thu) for substitute holidays.

Additionally, taking this opportunity, we will be traveling to Gunma for our very first collaboration event outside of Hokkaido. Through this experience, we aim to share the essence of Hokkaido through teppanyaki beyond the region, while also immersing ourselves in the local culture of Gunma. By learning from the outstanding teppanyaki chefs there, we hope to return with new inspiration and continue evolving.

As the event will be held in Takasaki, Gunma, we understand it may be difficult for many of you to attend. However, we will share further details as soon as they are finalized.
