Autumn is short in Hokkaido, are you all enjoying the flavors of autumn?

Before you know it, you’ll hear the footsteps of winter approaching.

Winter is full of events, with Christmas, year-end parties, New Year’s, and the Snow Festival.

This week we have a lot of ingredients that will make you feel the end of short autumn and the beginning of winter.

We look forward to your reservations and your visit, along with our delicious and wonderful Hokkaido Wagyu beef.

We will be closed on Tuesday, October 28th due to an inspection visit to Kitakobushi Resort in Shiretoko on Saturday, November 22nd. 🐻
