本日9/7、明日9/8は、群馬よりゲストシェフ、そして永井酒造を迎え、群馬のテロワールを2夜限りのコースで表現する『THE KNOT vol.2』を開催いたします。

そして木曜日からは通常営業となります。

夏の名残と、少しずつ深まる秋の気配。

季節が交錯するこの時期ならではの北海道の食材と、北海道最高峰の和牛を、YANAGIならではの「火」の表現でお届けいたします。

今週は木曜日以降お席空きがございます。

Today, September 7, and tomorrow, September 8, we are hosting THE KNOT vol.2, welcoming guest chefs from Gunma along with Nagai Sake Brewery.

Together, we will express the terroir of Gunma through a special course, paired exclusively with sake from Nagai Sake Brewery.

From Thursday, we return to our regular service.

As the lingering warmth of summer begins to give way to the first signs of autumn, we will showcase seasonal Hokkaido ingredients and some of the region’s finest wagyu through YANAGI’s unique expression of fire.
