As spring gently arrives in Sapporo, our menu has begun to reflect the season—featuring ingredients such as green asparagus, wild mountain vegetables, and surf clam, each expressing the essence of this time of year.

As for this week’s reservations, we still have limited availability, including the weekend.

The finest Hokkaido wagyu steak, accompanied by dishes that evoke the spirit of spring—

paired thoughtfully to enhance each moment.

We also welcome reservations for special occasions such as new beginnings, birthdays, and anniversaries.
