先週から続いた悪天候のなか、ぽっかりとお席が空く日もありましたが、

連日満席のご来店、誠にありがとうございました。

交通機関が止まる状況のなか、

タクシーで4時間かけてお越しくださったお客様、

遠方から何とか足を運んでくださったお客様。

そして、同じような状況のなか出勤してくれたスタッフ。

改めて、皆さまへの感謝の気持ちを強く感じる一週間となりました。

天候も落ち着き、少しずつ日常が戻ってきましたね。

そんな今週は、週末にかけてまだお席に余裕がございます。

1月最終週、今月のコースもまだ間に合いますので、

ぜひご予約のうえ、ご来店をお待ちしております。

2月の札幌は雪まつりで賑わい、

3月、4月は歓送迎、出会いと別れの季節となります。

From Sapporo, Hokkaido —

a new generation of teppanyaki gastronomy.

Despite last week’s severe weather,

we were grateful to welcome many guests each day.

Some traveled great distances under difficult conditions,

and we sincerely thank everyone who made the journey.

With the weather settling, everyday life is slowly returning.

A few seats are still available this weekend,

and January’s course will be served through the final week.

February brings the Snow Festival to Sapporo,

followed by the season of new beginnings in March and April.

We look forward to welcoming you for celebrations and special moments.
