北海道・札幌は今週に入り、少し荒れ模様の天気。

暖かな春が待ち遠しい季節ですね。

冬から春へと移ろうこの時期、食材もまた季節の表情を見せ始め、

今だけの味わいをご用意しております。

さて今週ですが、

3/9(月)は日本鉄板焼協会の総会のため店休とさせていただきます。

3/10(火)以降は通常通り営業いたします。

そして 3/14(土)はホワイトデー。

この日限りの特別メニューをご用意いたします。

今週は平日・週末ともに、まだ少し空席がございます。

北海道最高峰の和牛と、その個性を最大限に引き出す火入れ。

そして、季節が移ろうこの時期ならではの一皿を。

この季節の札幌で、

Thank you, as always, for your continued support and for visiting us last week.

In Sapporo, winter is slowly giving way to spring, and the ingredients are beginning to change with the season.

We are now serving dishes that can only be enjoyed at this time of year.

Please note that we will be closed on March 9 due to the Japan Teppanyaki Association general meeting.

We will resume normal service from March 10.

On March 14, we will offer a special one-day White Day menu.

A few seats are still available this week.

We look forward to welcoming you to experience Hokkaido Wagyu and our Teppanyaki in Sapporo.
