いよいよ明日2/4(火)から雪まつり　2025が始まります。

観光の方も沢山見かけますね。

当店も2月に入りコース内容が新しくなっております。

北海道の冬の食材はもちろん、全国から厳選した素晴らしい食材の数々。

そしてなんと言っても鉄板焼きですから和牛ですね。

北海道の最高峰の和牛が生産者から届くのも当店ならではです。

『こぶ黒』『特別肥育知床牛YANAGYU』『八将牛』などそれぞれだけでも北海道のお店ではほとんど入手できないですがこちら全部取り扱いあるのは当店だけ。

Snow festival starts tomorrow

A new era of teppanyaki gastronomy from Sapporo, Hokkaido 《YANAGI TePPaN UNBORN GASTRONOMY》

Snow Festival 2025 will finally start tomorrow, February 4th (Tuesday).

I see a lot of tourists as well.

Our course content has been updated since February.

In addition to Hokkaido’s winter ingredients, we also have a variety of carefully selected wonderful ingredients from all over the country.

And after all, it’s Teppanyaki, so it’s Wagyu beef.

It is also unique to our store that the highest quality Wagyu beef from Hokkaido is delivered directly from the producers.

“Kobukuro”, “Specially Fattened Shiretoko Beef YANAGYU”, and “Hachimasa Beef” are rarely available at stores in Hokkaido, but our store is the only one that carries them all.

Please come and enjoy Hokkaido’s truly delicious Wagyu beef and a variety of dishes that transcend the concept of Teppanyaki.
