This week on weekdays we have sirloin from specially Shiretoko beef, 40-month-old females.

This is the tastiest specially fattened Shiretoko beef we have ever had.

…The meaty flavor starts off clean and smooth, then expands into a rich, lingering aftertaste.

The specially Shiretoko beef has entered a new stage and is truly impressive!
